Project 40
THE RK FOUNDATION through this solidarity chain, ambitions to support 40 young africans residing in Cameroon and Côte d'Ivoire through: mentoring, networking, training and financial intermediation.
The overall objective of the project is to help young leaders accomplish themselves by providing them with adequate tools in order to encourage leadership and the creation of sustainable self-employment.
THE RK FOUNDATION intends to support young africans in achieving their objectives.
The main areas of support
The foundation will select 40 young africans who will be sponsored by its founder. The support will be multifaceted and adapted to the person.
MENTORING
Mentoring is a learning process based on the relationship between two people with different levels of expertise; one more experienced than the other.
Through mentoring, the RK Foundation will allow a knowledge transfer from mentors with expertise related to the ambitions of mentees.
NETWORKING
Through its network of acquaintances, partners, mentors and their respective networks, the RK Foundation will offer its godchildren exclusive networking opportunities which will connect them with african role models and inspirations.
TRAINING
In collaboration with its educational partners in various fields (leadership, entrepreneurship, executive training, strategic planning, etc.), the RK Foundation will provide training and certifications adapted to the needs to the godchildren.
FINANCIAL INTERMEDIATION
The RK Foundation will use its financial partners to support the godchildren in structuring and financing their projects.
